GENERAL INFO
We operate outside of the Montego Bay Airport and offer free shuttle service to and from our location. We offer a 30 minutes grace period for returns; every additional hour attracts a charge of 5.00 USD per hour. A rental period consists of 24 hours, for any additional hours there will be a charge added to the rental fee, once this is more than 5 additional hours renter will be charged for an additional day. A deposit is required on all rentals. Vehicle make and models are examples ONLY and are not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee a Bluetooth connection in all our auto units.
REQUIREMENTS
A drivers license valid more than two years is required for all renters and additional drivers. A passport matching the name on the renter’s driver license should be presented at counter. The minimum age for the renter and additional driver is 23 years and maximum 75 years. There is a young driver’s fee for persons between 20-22 yrs of $15.00 per day. All drivers license should be in English, if driver’s license is printed with non-roman alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic etc) it must be accompanied by an international driving permit. National driver’s license must be valid at least 6 months from the date of rental in order to be used to rent a vehicle. NO LEARNERS PERMIT, PHOTOCOPIES/ PHOTOGRAPH OF DRIVERS LICENSE ARE ACCEPTED.
REQUIREMENTS
A credit card in the renter’s name is required at the time of pickup for the security deposit, this fee is dependent on the class of vehicle that is being rented and will be discussed at the time of pickup, minimum is 500.00 USD. We accept all major credit cards (visa, Mastercard, discover, diner’s club, American Express) at the counter; however, only Visa and Mastercard are currently accepted for online payments.
FUEL
Vehicles should be returned with same fuel received, otherwise there will be a refuelling charge. We do not offer refund/credit for any unused fuel.
RENTAL EXTENSIONS
We do NOT offer over the phone rental extensions, the vehicle must be returned with renter or authorised additional driver to the rental location for all extensions. If Collision Damage Waiver was purchased at original rental date, it will not be automatically added to any extension being done.
PREPAID RESERVATIONS
For all prepaid reservations, we will hold the vehicle during business hours up to two hours after the pickup time on the reservation. In the case of a cancelled or delayed flight please make contact with us to discuss the available options. We DO NOT issue refunds / credits for any day(s) lost unless this is caused by the company. Prepaid reservations are non-refundable.
RENTERS WITH DISABILITIES
Our rental vehicles are not equipped to be operated by individuals with physical disabilities hence we are currently unable to rent vehicles to individuals with any physical disabilities.
OUT OF BUSINESS HOURS
We offer out of hours pickup, drop-off and returns at an additional fee based on location. This is however not guaranteed and solely dependent on the location agents.
